主要职责:

1. 有效实施公司销售计划,完成个人指标;

任职资格:

1. 专科及以上学历;

2. 护理、医药、临床医学等相关专业;

3. 1年及以上临床药品、耗材等推广工作经验;

Purpose:

You will play a key role being responsible for performance tools and automation processes enabling our organization to manage the business.

You are required to act independently and think logically & structured when designing the commercial tools and automation processes supporting the whole organization.

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for master data file; consolidating and validating data input across multiple data sources;

2. Design and develop high-quality analysis tools & templates based on business requirements targeting multiple stakeholders across the whole organisation;

3. Establish databases to combine multiple data sources and provide integrated qualified data on time;

4. Lead optimization projects to improve Commercial Excellence and our key stakeholders’ efficiency. Organize requirement specification, design, develop, test, and implementation with relative business departments;

5. Continuously work to improve efficiency and automate processes utilizing BI system support when possible;

6. Monthly update and maintenance of master data file, performance tools & templates;

7.Keep close contact with business insight managers to make sure tools & templates are optimized and implemented properly.

 

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree in math, business/statistical analysis, IT or information management & system;

2. +5 years experiences in Pharma/OTC or related industries in an BI role supporting commercial functions (sales, marketing, business development) with systems & data;

3. Fluent in Chinese, and preferably good in English (written and spoken).

 

Competencies

1. Strong personal drive and a proven track record for quick learning;

Purpose:

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

1. Medical university background, major in pharmaceutical related and the Master degree is a plus

2. More than 2 years' working experience of PM position in MNC pharmaceutical or medical device companies

3. Familiar with Urology and related fields is plus

Purpose:
